How will my product be shipped?
All Bob Ohnstad and Jim Jones products will be shipped via United States Postal Service.
All other products will be shipped via FedEx
How long will it take to receive my order?
Bob Ohnstad and Jim Jones products will come to you 7-10 business days after you place your order.
All other orders will arrive within 3 business days (if you are in the US) or within 8 business days (if you live in Canada).

How much is shipping?
Shipping charges for Bob Ohnstad and Jim Jones products will be based on where you are ordering from -
- $7.00 for orders in the US (plus $1.00 for each additional video)
- $22.00 for all international orders (plus $1.00 for each additional video)
All other orders are also based on where you live -
- $9.00 for 3 day service within the US
- $20.00 for 8 day service within Canada
Do you take international orders?
We ship all of our Bob Ohnstad and Jim Jones videos/DVDs internationally. Your phone number is necessary for international delivery. USPS Global Priority Mail asks for it.
